Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For quality purposes all orders are hand made in small batches, which sometimes takes 1-3 business days to fulfill. Once the order is processed we will ship your sweets out, in which you will be emailed a tracking number to track your package.

We ship throughout the United States with USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) to ensure your sweets are delivered to you in a timely manner. 

Domestic Shipping Rates we offer:

(Orders < $20) - $14

(Orders > $20) - $9

(Orders $50+) - FREE SHIPPING

Orders are shipped out Monday-Thursday to help avoid weekend delays. Orders will not be shipped out Friday-Saturday or on days the Post Office is closed.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*

All orders can take up to 1-2 business days to fulfill. Once the order is processed we will ship your sweets out, in which you will be emailed a tracking number to track your package. Orders are shipped out Monday-Thursday to help avoid weekend delays. We ship International with USPS and do our best to get the cheapest shipping rates for you, which is calculated at checkout. Delivery can range from 7-21 days. Due to this date range some items will not be eligible for shipping, to ensure the quality of our sweets. (Orders $100+ - FREE SHIPPING)

Local Sweets is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once it leaves our processing center. Local Sweets is not responsible for errors in addresses inputted incorrectly, shipment tracking, or delivery times. If an order is sent back, due to the above instance, Local Sweets is not responsible for covering the new shipping fee to send the order out again. 

Local Pick Ups will remain as scheduled pickup days, and also take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled. For local pickups, we will contact you once your order is fulfilled and ready for pickup.
